You Break Through

Great dentist and great staff! Dr. La and his assistant are incredibly helpful, professional, and have such gentle hands. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and provided excellent care. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be referring my family and friends. I needed to get in as a same day emergency and the staff got me in first thing in the morning to see Dr. La as a first time patient. About Dr. La, he is amazing! He took the time to listen to me and was gentle and caring. He explained to me my treatment plan for my current emergency and best course of action. His focus was alleviating my pain and dealing with the emergency. I want to emphasize that Dr. La is a very good listener. He listened to what I wasn't saying and ensured I was comfortable during the procedure. I had a lot of anxiety and was in severe pain. He made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the process starting with the numbing, injections, etc. If I needed a break during the procedure, we simply took a break. There was no rush in getting me in and out of the office and my care was priority. Although I need extensive dental work, Dr. La was not focused on that and said that conversation will happen on a later date. The staff, Isabel at the front desk is a star! She greeted me with a smile, helped me get checked in and explained costs of my procedure. No upsells! In fact, when I told her I could not afford a cost my insurance did not cover, she could have said okay and moved on but instead, she informed Dr. La and he told her to reduce it to 50%. Another 5 stars for Dr. La and Isabel. Muniel I think that is her name, took my xrays and she was very gentle with me. I was in a lot of pain so taking xrays was not something I was looking forward to. However, they have state of the art technology which makes it easier without a lot of pain. The office is clean and welcoming! I highly recommend Dr. La and his staff for all your dental care.

Great first visit. The doctor explained my dental needs well and answered any questions I had. I feel confident to start my dental work! The team here is all amazing and kind. Highly recommend!
